"And myself I've still got quite a bit left from Sakumo. But yes, third most expensive in Miami. Only Hibiscus and Star Island that tops it."

"Hm. Almost makes me regret I got a bungalow down there instead, but.. well, it's got a nice view over the nude beach," Jiraiya daydreamed.

"Small private beach, as it's right out to the edge of the island. Large pool area." he grinned and shrugged. "I might throw a pool party in your honor. No-one'll blame you for looking at the chicks, then." he chuckled. "In their skimpy bikinis."
