She almost flinched when he snapped, but now, just gave a small, weak smile. "That... Sounds good." Yeah. Definitely not telling about the times she'd been watching them.

He was breathing hard, shaking a little. That.. had been hard. "Let's.. just sleep, okay? I'm exhausted."

A nod - then the blush returned in full strength at another round of moans and groans from the other room.

Oh shit. "Definitely not soundproof," Minato groused as his own blush grew deeper. "Ya think he was.. Listening in? On us?" The thought made him nauseated.

"Nah... Not the night before a day with a gig... He'd have been asleep once we got up here. And he's a heavy sleeper... Luckily." then almost jolting at the cry that sounded - followed by silence, leaving no doubt about what that'd been.

"...I'm not convinced," Minato grunted. He climbed into bed and rolled himself up in the covers. "What's he trying to prove, anyway?"

"... Don't ask me. I can't see what he'd have to prove, after all." she shrugged. Then sighed, got the clothes off again(except her panties) and curled up next to Minato.

That hurt, for some obscure reason. He still pulled her in close, kissed the top of her hair, then laid his hand on her stomach. "Think she can hear us, yet?"

A light shake of her head. "Not yet, no." she'd been studying that book at least as much as he had. "It's from 16th week and forward he'll be able to. I'm only in 12th, after all..." she muttered, putting her hand on top of his.

"Oh..." He didn't think she'd read about it at all. Maybe she did want this as much as him.. That thought made him warm all over, able to withstand any odd sex practices he might encounter. "Good.. then SHE can't hear them," he nodded at the door, "either. And it's totally a girl." He bent down to kiss her tattooed stomach.

"Totally a boy." she grinned and her hand slid down for her fingers to play with his hair.

"Girl. Aren't you?" he asked her stomach. "She'll be just as pretty as you."

She shook her head. "No, he'll be just as handsome as you."

"Nope," he rested his head on her stomach. "Girl. With the trouble she's caused already? I'd never do that. I'm a good guy who never skips classes or anything."

"... Until you met me." she grinned, rather awkwardly. She'd been the cause of quite a few skipped classes, after all.

"Yeah. Then I found out some things are more important than being a good guy." He traced the spirals of her tattoo with a finger. "You are, for example."

One of the deeper blushes, and a small swallow. Then, she bit her lip slightly, as she felt, out of nowhere, a few tears sliding down her cheeks just like that, along with a small, but powerful surge of love for Minato in just that moment. (Damned hormones!)

The object of her affections was stroking her stomach now and smiling like an idiot, never noticing the tears. "I was thinking, I might be able to teach kung fu. Earn some money that way. It's the only thing I've got any real skill at."

"Sounds... Sounds like an idea." her voice shook maybe just a little from the tears. Seemed they wouldn't stop now, as happy and grateful as she was to have him in her life, sniffling just a little bit.

He heard, and looked up at her. "Why're you crying?" He asked in concern. "Did I say something wrong?" She'd been kinda out of it lately. With "out of it", he meant "more prone to blushing and less prone to hitting me."

She shook her head, sniffled again as she wiped away some of her tears with the back of her hand. "'M just... So... So happy. To... Have you."

"Oh.. Me too..." He got off her and pulled her in close, resting her head on his chest. "I'm never leaving you. Never. We'll manage. Living with you, it's gonna be great. Just waking up with you every morning, it's worth it, everything." He was rambling a bit, but he was just so happy.

"You... You too." she hiccuped, crying a little harder than before, just from that embrace. She didn't even know why she was this emotional, but oh well... The books did say something with the hormones messing that particular bit up.

He just rubbed her back, a bit weirded out by the whole thing. So he just rambled on. "So I guess you read that book too? I read it a few times but I'm not sure I understood all of it. And they could have told you more about what to do once the baby gets there. There's nothing about feeding poor nappies and stuff. Just when she'll walk and talk. We'll see that, won't we?"

She nodded, wiped more tears away. "Y-Yeah. Had alot of... Freetime... In the holidays, after, after all." she hiccuped, but smiled. "Yeah... We'll see him do all that."
