A small groan escaped him before he could stop it. Yeah.. he was at her mercy, and she knew it. "Hmm.. come here.." He raised himself on one elbow so he could kiss her, carefully at first, mindful of his split lip, then deeper, hungrier. "Missed you..."

"Missed you too..." she murmured against his lips, returning the kiss, stroking a hand through his hair. "But c'mon." she grinned and got up. "Slowpoke," she teased as she began hobbling her way as fast as she could(not fast) towards the stairs.

"Someone's impatient," he teased, admiring her back and ass as she went - then, he jumped to stand behind her and picked her up bridal style, grunting just a little. "...and still needs to avoid stairs if she can."

A small blush when he simply picked her up. "Uhm... Yeah. Forgot 'bout that part." she often did, wanting to progress further all the time.

"I bet you did.. over Christian Bale and all.." he teased, hefting her up the first couple steps, careful not to bang her head or legs. It wasn't easy, but she felt lighter than her suitcase.

"Shutup..." she muttered, again, just batting lightly at his chest now that he was carrying her and all. It'd been a punch if he wasn't.

He just grinned down at her and carried her the last bit of the way, pushing the door open with his elbow, then laying her gently on the bed and closing the door behind them. Then he just stood and looked down at her with a stupid grin on his face.

"Why're you looking at me like that..." the blush intensified slightly, but still, she grinned.

"Uhm..." he blushed a little. "I was just thinking you look good" enough to eat.

"Oh. Well... Then this's better, right?" she grinned and pulled her top off.

Yeah.. much better... He didn't know why he suddenly felt so shy and insecure around her again. Considering everything they'd already done.. maybe it was the new setting, this whole 'playing house' thing. In someone else's house.. Or maybe the baby, and the thought that he was forcing her to give up something she desperately wanted... at the very least, delay it. "This is weird," he finally said, grinning shyly.

"Perhaps a little. But it's worth it as long as I've got you." a small smile. Only now, was she realizing... He was the one thing that mattered the most, now.

"R-really?" His voice shook again. Somehow, he'd never thought that she needed him very much. It was him who needed her.. or he'd fall apart. "I know.. I know how much you're giving up... Am I really that important?" he asked in a small voice, sounding younger than he was.

A small nod. "Hai." she said, now knowing the words to be perfectly, painfully true.

"Oh." He sat down on the bedside and just looked down at her. "Wow." It was pretty scary, really. He still smiled, a small, secret smile for her.

She merely smiled, reaching up a hand to stroke his cheek.

He closed his eyes and leaned into the caress, not caring anymore if he acted girly.

"... Love you, 'Nato." and then, her hand slid to his neck, pulling him in for a soft, gentle kiss.

His 'I love you too' became a soft noise against her lips, and he kissed her back, tried to communicate into the kiss everything he felt but couldn't communicate; he hardly understood his own emotions. Despite of the mess they were in, and all ex-boyfriends and people who probably wanted to kill him back at the school, he was just so grateful to be alive as long as she was his, as long as they belonged together.

Her impatience from before returning, her free hand slid up underneath his shirt, as she smiled against his lips, nibbling the lower lip, too, her other hand caressing the back of Minato's neck.

A small noise from him at the touch, and a smile against her lips. "You're impatient," he whispered.

She blushed, grinned. "... Sorry." her cheeks reddened in slight embarrassment.

"For what? It's sexy..." he blushed a little as well.

"Ehm, if you... Y'know, wanted to go slow. Slower." a small smile, hand sliding to his side.

What was this? Blushing Kushina asking him what he wanted to do? "Who're you, and what did you do to my girlfriend?" he joked, not able to hide his surprise.
