Sigh. He hadn't really been starved of quiet this day, but it'd all been of the 'no talking!' variant in detention. He still had a few days left.

Kakashi stood among the shelves concerning chemistry and/or biology, and running his finger over the titles as he muttered to himself in a very low tone while looking for the molecular biochemistry book he wanted to read. It wasn't in the class' curriculum, but he liked reading beyond it and use it in his assignments. It's what usually earned him his A+'es.
