Damn, I need this break...

Phew. Kakashi'd finally gotten out of the detention. The teacher wouldn't even let him leave to go take a leak. Damn. He could understand it with Genma, seeing as he was the type to flee at the first chance he got, but come on! Seriously!

Sighing, he got around to taking that piss, and afterwards, while washing his hands, smiled a little at his reflection in the mirror. The black hair did suit him rather nicely compared to his natural grey.

Minato entered the toilets at that exact moment, cast a quick glance at the other guy, went for the urinals, then stopped and looked again.
"Uhm... hi. You.. uhm. Dyed your hair."
And he got more piercings.
Damn...

He'd been correcting a few tufts that'd gone in places they shouldn't be, but then turned slightly, and gave a small smile. "Yeah. Thought it was about time to."

"Uhm. Okay. Yeah. I.. I gotta pee," said Minato, indicating the urinals.

A small shrug. "Go right ahead," he returned to looking in the mirror, and, sighing, as one of the tufts refused to do his bidding, he pulled out the hairwax he kept in one of his pockets.

Well... this was... awkward. Maybe he should just go into one of the stalls instead... oh come on. Guy thing. Minato went over, and, after a while, pissed. He didn't quite have the spirits to make conversation.

Whereas perhaps one or two japanese curses slipped out as he worked with that stubborn tuft of black hair before it finally cooperated.

"Uhm.. you okay?" Since Minato was finished and shaking off, his focus could be bestowed upon Kakashi once again.

"Yeah, yeah. It's just my hair being stupid." he leant in a little closer to the mirror to check whether his makeup was still alright, too.

"..are you wearing makeup?!" blurted Minato before he could check himself. "Is that even allowed?!"

A small chuckle. "'Course it is. You've seen how much makeup some of the girls have on?" was his reply before he removed the little mascara that'd fallen to rest just below his purposely smudged eyeliner, with a slightly wettened paper towel.

"You're not a girl," commented Minato dryly. He should maybe have guessed that the school would be lax with that sort of thing, since everybody seemed to be running around pierced and tattooed. Even Kushina.

"No, but I've been wearing heavy makeup to each and every concert we've played, so... Yeah. I've come to like it." a small smile as he turned to face Minato again.

Yikes. It wasn't that it didn't look good.. as such.. he supposed it looked sort of.. sort of kinda really attractive, but.. but that looked really weird on a guy. "Ya think the principal's gonna let you walk around like that?" he commented, a little too dryly.

"She's already seen me today. She wanted to make sure me, Genma and Laxus all showed up to the first of many detentions." he sighed. "I've got two weeks." he shrugged. "She didn't say anything about it."

"Really? Well, I suppose it's not that different from a piercing or tattoo. It's just, I read the uniform codex, and it kinda says you.. uhm, have to look proper---" Minato stopped there, realising he was sounding like a total twat. Kakashi in makeup.. it was... unsettling.

He couldn't help it; he laughed. "Seriously? You seriously read it? Nobody else have! Not even Shuuhei!"

Minato blushed against his will. "I.. uhm. Yes, I did read it," he looked back defiantly.

"Oh, well. That settles it, then. You're the entire school's goody two shoes." he grinned. "Trying to set an example for us others?"

"I'm not buying into that whole "doing homework isn't cool"," said Minato sulkily.

A weak smile, a small shrug. "You're still doing her assignments and forgetting your own, aren't you?"

Cue more blushing. "I'm not forgetting my own, and she is doing hers. Some of them."

"Your blush says something else. I could ask her if I could help her, too? Just so it'd lessen the burden on you. I'm way ahead on my own assignments, ether way."

"No, it's fine. I got it," Minato said quickly. He didn't... really trust Kushina with Kakashi. Not after.. recent events.

A small shrug. "Okay then, I won't. But just say the word and I'll be there to help, either you or her, whatever. 'Kay?"
