Gaming afternoon

Minato quickly moved from cover to cover, scanning the perimeter for enemies to cover Tenzou.

Well, one was hiding in a doorway, and sniped him. "Kakashi, go take care of him; Minato, you disarm the bomb instead!" André ordered, and, Kakashi went off into the hallway the guy fled into.

Damn... Minato felt his palms begin to sweat. "Got it," he still called, and, keeping check of the enemy, started moving towards the bomb, running from cover to cover. "Ok, trying for it in 3.. 2.. 1.."

A few seconds later... "Got him," Kakashi announced, though he was very low on health, now, as he returned - 12. Now him and André guarded Minato in case the last person on the other team should decide to come back and try to stop the from disarming the bomb.

Minato moved in and pushed his E button for all he was worth as soon as the option came op.

Aand there he came, but too late - just as he started shooting at André, the bomb was disarmed, and their victory pronounced on-screen.

"Yes!" Minato did the fist-pump of victory.

A grin and bro-punch to Minato's shoulder. "You're good with that sniper rifle," he complimented with a grin, before taking a sip of his juice.

"Thanks," Minato grinned. "It's a sweet headset. I normally just use the one that came with my mobile."

"You can have it if you like." he shrugged and smiled. "Genma's getting his own soon, and I never use it anymore."

"Uhm..." Minato stared from Kakashi to the headset, and back again. "You.. you serious?"

"Of course I'm serious." he smiled. "You can have it. I know you'll take good care of it and all, so you can have it. It shouldn't just be lying around to gather dust when you like it."

"Er.. but.. but.. it's like.. really expensive. I - I can't..." that was one sweet headset, but...
Why was Kakashi giving this to HIM and not, say, Genma? Or even Kushina? Argh!!

"Sure you can." he smiled. "If you''ll take good care of it, which I know you will, it's fine."

"Uhm.. Iah.." Damn. He couldn't really take it.. but he couldn't really deny it, either. And it was one sweet headset.

"And if you don't want it for free, heck, 10€ and it's yours, if that's better." A tenth of the price for a new one.

"...I don't have ten euro," mumbled Minato, cheeks slowly reddening.

He blinked a little. Well, he knew Minato was poor, but just how poor...

"Uhm. Well. Then you can just owe me one, or something."

"I took out a loan to pay for the ring. For 'Shina. So I'm paying that off. And.. that's pretty much the money I have. Sorry."

He shook his head. "Don't apologize. I don't want anything for it, after all, it's just... If you feel better giving something in return, it might just as well be a favour of some kind, nothing big."

Minato hesitated. His mind was reminding him - in vivid technicolour - just what kind of favours Kakashi might want. Well - he didn't think the other guy'd call a favour like that, but still... it felt.. kinda wrong to accept something like this. But kinda even more wrong to reject a present (he'd had a rather traditional upbringing.)

A small chuckle. "C'mon. Is it really so hard to decide? As I said, it's just gonna lie and collect dust otherwise."

"Uhm. Okay. Thanks." Minato finally said in a low voice, nearly automatically lowering his head to Kakashi in a bow.

A small smile, though also just the slightest blush. "Yeah, well, no problem."

"It's. Really great. If.. if your new one breaks or something you can just get it back. Thanks."
